Exchange / Refund Policy

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and sincerely apologize that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. We aim to ensure your satisfaction and have formulated this policy to facilitate seamless exchanges and returns for your convenience.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe:

  • Our return policy follows the Sunnah, accepting returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
  • Please note that the returned perfume should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Process and Timeframe:

  • Once we receive your request, please allow 3-5 working days for processing.
  • For returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

3. Exclusions:

  • Spray tester products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Perfumes that do not meet the 90% product remaining condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
