Refund policy

Dear Valued Customer,

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and sincerely apologize that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. We aim to ensure your satisfaction and have formulated this policy to facilitate seamless exchanges and returns for your convenience.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Eligibility and Timeframe:

  • Our return policy follows the Sunnah, accepting returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained.
  • Please note that the returned perfume should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle to be eligible for return or exchange.

Process and Timeframe:

  • To start a return, you can contact us at info.scentductive@gmail.com or on WhatsApp with the Problem you faced.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll transfer your refund amount online in your bank account.

Exclusions:

  • Spray tester products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Pack of 5 Testers Box and 10ml bottles are not eligible for return.
  • Perfumes that do not meet the 90% product remaining condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift boxes.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
